BCD launches a 3-tier customer loyalty program

Integrators eligible for the program will receive a quarterly rebate based on annual revenue goals, as well as access to a variety of benefits.

BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. — As the new year begins, BCD strives to continue to grow and grow relationships with loyal customers. In order to accelerate the success and growth of its partners, BCD has officially implemented a customer loyalty program.

The tiered rewards program is “designed to reward valued security integrators with a number of additional benefits based on annual revenue generation,” according to an announcement.

How the program works

No application form will need to be completed and submitted. BCD, an IP video storage solution provider, will automatically enroll eligible customers at the start of each calendar year. To be enrolled, customers must achieve a predetermined revenue goal for each level.

The Customer Loyalty Program consists of three different revenue tiers:

  • Titanium: Partners that reach or exceed $1 million in annual revenue
  • Platinum: Partners who reach or exceed $2 million in annual revenue
  • Diamond: Partners who reach or exceed $4 million in annual revenue

Integrators eligible for the Customer Loyalty Program will receive a quarterly rebate based on their annual revenue goals, as well as exclusive access to a variety of benefits, from expedited support to free shipping. land freight. Clients will be able to remain in the program if they maintain their pre-determined annual earnings with BCD based on their tier.

The company’s criteria will be reassessed every six months. If, by July 1, a company has not met the halfway requirements for this level, they will not receive any further benefits. However, once a business meets the next tier’s minimum annual revenue requirements, it automatically moves to the next tier.
