Funding for the Smartfluence data-driven influencer program
August 31, 2022
In New York, influencer marketing platform Smartfluence has raised $2.15 million in a seed funding round, which it will use to improve its proprietary influencer automation software and accelerate the expansion of the clientele.
Smartfluence uses a quantitative analytical approach to help brands and social media influencers interact with each other. Its platform enables brands to automate and scale their influencer marketing programs through its proprietary data-driven algorithms, which allow brands to understand influencer audiences through metrics such as scores. audience credibility, brand and interest affinities, audience demographics, and estimated prices. Clients range from e-commerce stores to businesses looking to expand their influencer discovery.
New funding has been led by PACA Ventures, whose directors, Ira Lubert and Jo Webber, will join Smartfluence’s board of directors. David Ko, CEO and co-founder of Smartfluence, comments: “The addition of Smartfluence to the portfolio of innovative technology brands of PACA Ventures is a great honor. Ira, Jo and the rest of the team are the perfect partners as they have insight into the market segment and deep experience of visionary companies transforming in this space.’
