ECINS launches Australian community support program awarding $500,000 (AUD) in free services and subscriptions to Indigenous organizations and educationa

DUNSBOROUGH, Australia, January 21, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — ECINS Australia, the global provider of multi-agency case management software, today announced the launch of the Australian Community Support Program to help improve the lives of vulnerable people and empower the practitioners who serve them. The social enterprise allocates up to $500,000 (AUD) in open source software services and subscriptions to Indigenous organizations and educational institutions to help them streamline processes, reduce administrative burdens and improve reporting to meet growing demands and ensure future funding.

ECINS has an established regional presence, including the success of its collaboration with The Native Men’s Healing Center (AMHC), a non-profit organization dedicated to impacting domestic violence and its effects on communities and families in Newman, Western Australia. AMHC worked closely with ECINS in the development and deployment of its Customer Engagement Module, a unique mobile application that enabled AMHC customers to take charge of their healing process and maintain alertness by interacting with practitioners from the comfort and discretion of their phone.

Created by social support practitioners turned innovative advocates, ECINS operates on the belief that when people work together, they can achieve more.
