Launch of the Resilience Program at the 14th National Conclave and 2022 Building a New India Awards organized by Integrated Achievers

The Resilience Program was launched at the 14th National Conclave & Awards 2022 on Building a New India, hosted recently by Integrated Achievers.

Shri Narayan Rane, Honorable Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Shri Kaushal Kishore, Honorable Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, launched the program.

The Resilience Program is a partnership between two industry titans, Dr. Steven Zodkoy and Vikas Gupta. Dr. Steven has been at the forefront of developing and implementing holistic protocols to improve physical and mental performance. Vikas Gupta pioneered technology to improve user happiness and performance. Mr. Vikas Gupta, CEO of the Resilience Program, has extensive experience in software design and deployment, including release engineering and configuration management. His effective IT strategies align with his business goals and his commitment to his team members, making him a powerful leader. Together, they leveraged technology to confront the reality of burnout using an insightful, thoughtful, and scientific approach.

The Resilience program provides companies with detailed statistics on employee and business resilience. It identifies areas where specific cultural changes within the company can be implemented to prevent burnout while developing a more efficient company structure. The program is customized to emphasize the importance of workplace wellness by helping individuals and groups identify and respond to employee burnout. The focus is on using technology to recognize employee burnout and corporate culture triggers. The solution is provided through mindfulness training, nutritional and lifestyle supplements for employees, and specific cultural adaptations that companies can implement. The digital solutions offered by the Resilience Program provide therapeutic approaches for large-scale positive behavior change. Solutions are accessible anytime and anywhere, providing on-demand help without the long waits often required for in-person therapy. They are also convenient, easy to use and anonymous.

Burnout is at an all-time high, and it’s only getting worse. Workers are fatigued by the COVID-19 pandemic, extended work hours, loss of work-home separation, and chronic electronic-age stress, all of which negatively influence their resilience and productivity. Burnout was classified as an occupational phenomenon by the World Health Organization in the 11th revision of the International Classification of Diseases in 2019. The Resilience Program addresses this troubling truth in a deliberate and scientific way. Dr. Steven Zodkoy designed and deployed the Resilience Program for the US Army to optimize the productivity and resiliency of serving USMC members. He has now customized it for the corporate environment.

Its effectiveness as a resilience program is beyond doubt. It has been used in the Pentagon, War Related Illness and Injury Study Centers, government agencies, and the corporate world.

Burnout weighs heavily on the quality of life of individuals and on the productivity of companies. The Resilience Program helps organizations reduce costs by re-engaging burnt-out employees for increased productivity, reduced staff turnover, and improved company culture while delivering a measurable return on investment. While the program helps employers reap the rewards of increased productivity, it helps employees relate to greater job satisfaction, happiness at work, organizational commitment, and employee engagement. . The Resilience Program is the solution to today’s business dilemma; how to improve productivity and profitability while fostering a positive corporate culture. The Resilience Program uses the power of today’s technology to deliver personalized wellness training en masse.
